Please read below to learn how our Subscription Program works. We have programmed it with our customers in mind......giving you full control over your account. There are no minimums and you may cancel anytime after 3-months.

I just subscribed. What's next?

You will receive a few emails:

1. One regarding shipping.

2. One regarding your order and an order #.

3. One regarding your subscription and how to manage it. THIS is a very important email. Do not delete it.

What are the Monthly Subscription details?

Monthly Subscriptions are shipped out every 28 days. Depending on the mail carrier. you may receive your shipment on or a few days after 28 days.

What are the Bi-Monthly Subscription details?

Bi-Monthly Subscriptions are shipped out every 56 days. Depending on the mail carrier. you may receive your shipment on or a few days after 56 days.

You may also subscribe to one product every 28 days and the other product every 56 days.

You can make these changes in your Subscription Account.

Accounts vs Subscription Accounts

Accessing your "store" account and accessing your "subscription" account are two--totally--different--logins.

When you "login" to your account from the upper right hand corner of our website, you will see your order history, your shipping address.....and that's it.

When you *login* to your Subscription, via your (email) Magic Link, you can adjust your subscriptions.

It's the best route to take rather than emailing or calling us. :)

Can I add additional products to my subscription?

Yes, you can do so in your Subscription Account.

We've given our Subscribers FULL CONTROL over their Subscription.

You may change, add-to, remove, pause, restart or cancel anytime.

We want Subscription to be seen as a convenience to our customers, so we don't have rules attached to Subscriptions. You are 100% in control.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, you can do so in your Subscription Account.

You can do the following in your account:

- change the address

- add products

- take away products

- pause

- reactivate

- cancel (even though we'd hate to see you go!)

We've given our Subscribers FULL CONTROL over their Subscription.

We want Subscription to be seen as a convenience to our customers, so we don't have rules attached to Subscriptions. You are 100% in control.
